Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we offer an easy and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Accessories, intimate wear, and items purchased on final sale/clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

 

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or opt for a store credit/refund (as applicable).

 

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer care at contact@90simpact.com within the return window.

  • Provide your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and product images (if defective/damaged).

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (serviceable pin codes only).

  • After quality inspection, your replacement, refund, or store credit will be processed.

 

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds will be processed to the bank account you provide.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

  • Products without original packaging/tags.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
